All public university’s, public institutions, student dormitories, and parent primary and secondary schools are equipped with at least one on-line computer class room. Also equipped with on-line computers are all scientific and academic libraries, as well as 650 school libraries, 700 branch elementary schools, all secondary school staffrooms, and all student-housing units. Since 2006/2007 secondary schools have been systematically equipped with "smart boards", with the simultaneous introduction of on-line interactive educational content. Connected to a computer the "smart board" is powered by a number of computer applications and interactive CD’s. Used in conjunction with a multi-media projector, the board becomes an interactive "touch screen", which enables greater interconnection and interaction between students and teachers, and the curriculum.
